CoolWater Chesapeakes

Every year hundreds of Chesapeakes need to be rehomed -- usually due to no fault of their own. Sometimes, they are abused, sometimes neglected, and other times, they just aren't wanted anymore.

Rescue dogs can make wonderful lifelong companions. I encourage those interested in the breed to seriously consider adopting one of these wonderful pets.
